If you're looking for a comfortable stay in a good location, this hotel is a great option. The area has plenty of stores for household items, and it's easy to get around by taxi. The Siam Thai restaurant serves decent food, and there are many activities to do nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, have a good selection of TV channels and comfortable beds, making for a restful stay. Breakfast has plenty of options and is attended to by an attentive manager. Only downside is that the staff's level of English may cause some minor communication issues.

The Grand Mercure Urumqi Hualing in Urumqi offers excellent value for money with comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast spread is good with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel also has two great restaurants, one Chinese and one Thai, with attentive English-speaking staff.

Luxurious amenities here fulfill every upscale need. Our spacious room was well-appointed with exclusive toiletries and a bathtub. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there was always room service available. The Thai restaurant was amazing, and the breakfast offered an excellent selection of Chinese and Western meals. The fitness center, although not used, appeared up to par with the rest of this hotel's exclusive offerings. The location provides easy access to the Uyghur area of Erdaoqiao and Hongshan Park.

Spending my new year at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The amenities in the room were impressive, including a good selection of toiletries and office supplies. I especially liked the buffet breakfast and the Thai restaurant. The location was convenient, close to many tourist attractions and shopping centers.

During my stay, I found the heating system to be ineffective. Despite turning off the air-conditioning, the room remained chilly throughout the night.

I spent my thanksgiving vacation at a 5-star hotel. Although the location wasn't ideal, the hotel had some great amenities such as a pool and gym. The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and a spectacular view of the city. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The food was not up to par. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best with limited options and the dishes were cold.
